MA Clinical Effectiveness

Overview

Masters, Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate

This is a postgraduate qualification for present and future healthcare practitioners who are working in emerging or specialist roles.

The MA Clinical Effectiveness is designed for those who wish to develop their professional practice and self development in order to gain confidence and competence in evaluating the evidence base for their own practice and delivery of care within current NHS and healthcare agendas.

Students can expect an interactive, practice based programme that uses a combination of the latest technology and traditional methods to enrich learning. Students will be encouraged to reflect on their current practice, developments in health and social care and undertake work-based learning to enhance and develop their skills in their practice setting.

On successful completion of the programme there are likely to be a range of opportunities available to students within the health and social care sector.
