If you are having problems logging on to MyUCS or logging on to the computers at UCS please follow the advice below:
A letter is sent which contains your username and password. The username is 7 characters in total, beginning with an 'S' and followed with 6 numbers. Please be aware that the password is case sensitive, so pay attention to any capital letters within the password. If your details are still not accepted or you haven't received the letter, contact Infozone on 01473 338833 or Ask us a question.
Students and Alumni
You should have created a personal security profile in order to reset your password or unlock your account. You can visit the self service site to use your security profile. Once on the site, click on Reset Password/Unlock Account and put your username in the search field. Then follow the onscreen instructions.
If your security profile is not found or you have problems with the security questions, contact the IT Service Desk.
