Course Leader for the MSc Strategic People Management programme. Before joining academia, Adetola previously worked in various capacities within financial organisations in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

She joined the University of Suffolk as a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for HRM in 2021.  Adetola is passionate about employee development and continues to offer advisory people management support to micro and small business organisations.  She also currently volunteers as Director for a community interest organisation focused on women empowerment in the United Kingdom.
